01 — Couples Counseling

I help couples rediscover their bond and deepen their emotional connection. Vikki specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a scientifically-backed approach ideal for those looking to overcome distress in their relationships and foster a renewed sense of intimacy.

I’m dedicated to assisting couples in overcoming repetitive negative cycles that cause emotional pain. Our couples counseling service focuses on nurturing healthy, supportive, and loving attachments through structured sessions and personalized strategies.

02 — Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Vikki utilizes EMDR to aid individuals in the healing process from trauma. This interactive psychotherapy technique has proven effective in reducing the long-term effects of distressing memories by engaging the brain’s natural adaptive information-processing mechanisms.

03 — Individual Therapy

I frequently help women with setting boundaries, navigating difficult relationships, and feeling burnt out. It is not uncommon for many women to feel overwhelmed, and there is real work to be done in this overscheduled and hectic world. In Individual Therapy, we focus on creating a better understanding of what you need individually and in your relationships with other around you.

Working through past trauma with an expert–together.

Utilizing EMDR to address and manage the lingering effects of past experiences has been very effective in my practice. Trauma has become a little bit of a “buzzword” and not everyone has the extensive training required to help people move through it in productive and healthy ways.
